This is a very rough "plan" for the project, purposely left "rough" so the community can help us fill it in:

Start to distribute prototype hardware for Phase 0.5 - home theater

Start to sign up prototype SA/Es to help prove suppositions

Define tools to use for project

Formulate web site and other tools

Define and implement other features for home theater

Start selling home theater solutions through SA/Es

Move toward V1.0 of Home Theater/Automation

Ask for additional vertical markets we should do

Find needs of vertical markets

Find software to meet needs

Pick vertical market(s) to attack based on coverage of needs by free software

Set up pilot

Run pilot

Evaluate pilot

Publish information about Pilot

Start SA/Es in post-pilot jobs

Start next pilot in Brazil

Translate media to Spanish

Start first pilot in Spanish-speaking countries
